This is my Urameshi Beat Down deck, Ultimate Sacrifice with Kuwabara should net you decent amount of spirit energy combined with Hiei. With Red Seal's and Kurama consumed gives your characters fuel to deal damage. Let me know any suggestions or anything. so far i haven't needed a bunch of attack boost items or anything due to ultimate sacrifice for kuwabara and yusuke usually. If i can't win by 4th turn i discard Ultimate Sacrifice with Grim Determination. Thanks for any advice

Get your hands on the Urameshi characters from Alliance. Opens a whole new world. Or if you get a The Dark One, combine it with Yusuke, Human World's Hero. Can drop 100,000+ damage in a single blow with no cost to you. Drop an Overwhelming Kill with that and it's a one shot on the match.
Not bad though!

So my thoughts on the Alliance Urameshi Crew
Kuwabara Old Rival Vs Honorable Hero -Old Rival's biggest downfall is his low DEF at 4,000. Honorable beats him at base 6,500 and adds more if Kurama Hero. The Pierce attack though with Ultimate Sacrifice is a 9,000 double hitter that gain's 2 Spirit (Plus 2 More For each Damage Dealt if Hiei, Arrogant Demon) so it racks up spirit fast. Honorable Hero - 2,500 more defense can be game making so that right there makes a good argument about switching. Have never used his second attack, never had a reason yet so really he has 1 attack, wish he had an ability instead of the sacrifice attack, maybe something like his Kazuma Card, which is also close to rotating in.
Hiei, Arrogant Demon Vs Fearless Hero -Arrogant - Love the extra spirit gain cause it racks up spirit thanks to Kuwabara's double pierce (which also gains 2 spirit on it's own) and Yusuke's Trample -Fearless Hero - Echo Attack, Amazing when combined with Yusuke Human World Hero but...Stupid reason i know but i hate his artwork. Never liked his Green Jagan Form. I really just don't think they should have used it for his "strongest" hero version of him, should have been a villain artwork card.
Yusuke, Ma-Zoku vs Human Worlds Hero -Ma-Zoku Works better when it comes to damage output just because of Trample. He can usually double damage (thanks to Ultimate Sac & Kayko giving him a 1 cost 16,000 Atk) thus dealing a damage to a sideline character or 1 hit the opponent fighter if used with power strike. -Human Worlds Hero - Broken Sideline Effect and high base damage output, Have thought a lot about switching them but the trample extra damage always bring me back to Ma-Zoku. This is probably the one i think about switching the most.
Kurama, Skilled Assassin & Yoko the Spirit Fox Vs Kurama, Devoted Hero Devoted Makes all Heroes almost impossible to double thanks to his great sideline ability, but i have a weak spot for Yoko and like Skilled Assassin. So I think if i were to rotate Kurama/Yoko in the main Line-Up I would Just use Spirit Fox, Agility is Amazing. (and helps drawing out a discard for U. Sacrifice if needed) I thought the Consumed Skilled Assassin was kind of Fun since with Kuwabara and Hiei Spirit build pretty fast.
And for the Dark One lol I feel so weird using him cause he is just so strong, and technically if i wanted to be a a-hole I can just Errata a card in my hand to say play during your draw step to win the game or something lol it would be to tempting all the time.
Appreciate any input, recommendations, anything that could sway my team, trying to increase my deck strength, or just tell me my thoughts above is stupid lol
Thanks for the help

Kuwabara Honorable Hero is used to force progress the game to match 5 to not give your opponent enough time to draw and place their 5th character, having you win by default, I believe. It's been years since I've actually played, but I believe that was the strategy. Hand preservation is crucial in the later sets, thus why I always placed Yusuke HWH over any other Yusuke. As per Kurama, Yoko is the best option. I forgot to write that exception. Errata's text was never updated via the CRD, and I suspect most players would rule it as keeping its original effect as the Panini version is just silly Also, should drop in Villainous Energy (even if you have to discard, it's still good for going through the deck) and if you get them, Meditation. There's other things but I can't remember a lot of the effects off hand and yeah, haha You're welcome! :Edit: I believe my strat was as follows: Dark One Kuwabara, Honorable Hero Hiei, Hero card Yusuke, HWH (Yoko) I'd Overwhelming Kill with Dark One and slap whatever shows up. I'd make sure as best as I could that Kuwabara survived his turn. Then I'd use his 2nd attack to KO himself, KO opponent on next match, bringing to match 4. I'd then Unconscious if I had Yoko out to force Match 5 and go for the instant win there. I also believe I'd run cards that discarded 5th Match slot characters to prep my strat if needed.

I feel like "The Dark One" should be banned from casual play. It makes it way too easy to overhwelming kill people with double teaming, although I suppose if you are playing thru Alliance you could just be winning on the first turn so using Overwhelming Kill + Double Teaming to knock out 3 fighters is glacially slow.
