Scenario 1

Improvised Defense

Effect: All of your other techniques in play cannot be discarded from play. You can only have 1 face-up copy of this card in play.

If i attach Improvised Defense to my king and i have another technique attached when i win a match against a non-king team, what happens.

A. All attached cards get discarded

B. Only Improvised Defenses gets discarded due to it preventing other techs from discarding when attached.

If i attach Tiny Guardian to my king and defeat my opponents not king, do all my techniques stay in play?

Also on the Subject what about Framed Memories Preventing Items for Discarding when a king defeats a single team member?

The cards will get discarded. Yes, it's a King, but it follows the same rules when winning a match against an opponent's character. This is also clarified in the CRD.

As per Tiny Guardian, same as above. All get discarded. Switching characters is talking about things like I'm Callin' You Out! and things of that nature.

Framed Memories follows the above.
