Hope y'all are doing well
I recently came across this game and have been pretty excited to get into playing it. I bought two starter decks off of eBay (which ended up being Toguro and Ichigaki) and am a handful of games in at this point. I'd really like to get some more cards and explore the different kind of playstyles there are. Judging from what I am seeing on eBay, I could get a lot (which for most listings is a pretty vague collection of cards) or I could get some boosters/a booster box. Seeing as I am primarily interested in playing the game and not necessarily collecting, I would also like to consider what my options are in the PnP space.
I have never used services like makeplayingcards.com myself before, but it seems pretty reasonably priced and could be a good option if the quality is at least decent enough to be readable. That being said, the scans I have from the database are giving me a 'low resolution' warning, so I'm really not sure if they meet that criteria.
So my question is this: Have any of you guys tried to PnP these cards? Do they come out decent enough to at least read and play the game? If you haven't tried them, is there any interest in me maybe printing a deck with it and reporting back for the sake of science? Or if you've tried and had a poor experience, please let me know, if that's the case I'd much rather save my money for the real stuff.
