Effect: If you have the Urameshi Team Bonus, Gain the Koenma Team Bonus.
Doesnt say anything about when you gain, you just gain it. So here's the question if you play him in a Urameshi Deck with him as your first fighter and place him facedown in the arena, then your other 3 characters face-down. The once all characters have been placed, they flip all characters up, your still in the setup phase according to the exile rule book. you leave the setup phase once you draw your hand. So you search your deck for your Blade Storm (If you qualify for Urameshi during setup search your deck and play this card in the winner's circle) can you in theory get Koenma's Pacifier from your deck as well (If you have the Koenma team bonus during setup you can search your deck for this card and play it in the winner's circle) effectively having 2 "Mastery" cards? I was looking at the rulebook and can't find anything about effect's not being active during setup only that effects are active during the phase they specify, which Koenma just says "Effect: If you have the Urameshi Team Bonus, Gain the Koenma Team Bonus." so it is active all the time.
So, can i get both Blade Storm and Koenma's Pacifier from my deck if i do the above?
